MICHAEL MCGINNIS - “GRAY MATTER”

Artist/teacher/inventor Michael McGinnis reached out to us to laser cut the parts for his sculpture at the Sebastopol Public Library. The piece required precise cuts to facilitate the slotted construction. Special care was taken to protect the finish, as each part was hand-sanded by the artist. The result is a captivating labyrinth of stainless steel pathways, reminiscent of the artist’s Perplexus line of games.
